What happens if I deliver before my due date?
It’s quite rare for babies to arrive exactly on their due date! If you go into labor or need to deliver earlier than expected, just send us a message and let us know. We’re very flexible and look forward to being there to capture one of the most special moments of your life.
What happens if an emergency arises during my labor?
While it’s not something we like to think about, unexpected situations can arise during labor and delivery. Rest assured, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you and capture beautiful memories both before and immediately after surgery.
Why is there a deposit required?
We want to ensure that we have availability in our schedule to accommodate you and the arrival of your new baby. Our goal is not only to meet your expectations for capturing these special moments but to exceed them. Requiring a deposit provides certainty that we are fully committed to you and that you are equally committed to us.
How will I receive my photos?
After your session, we strive to deliver a 'sneak peek' within 48 hours. Depending on the number of photos captured and the session package you selected, we typically aim to provide your full gallery within 14 days—or even sooner whenever possible.
